11月13日，年屆七旬的香港清潔工“羅伯”（羅長清），在香港上水港鐵站外的沖突中，被黑衣暴徒扔磚擊中頭部，次日不治身亡。
這也成為了香港修例風(fēng)波里第一起無辜市民死亡。
四天前的11月19日，是羅伯的“頭七”。許多香港市民從四面八方趕到事發(fā)地，為他獻(xiàn)花悼念。
羅伯家人長跪在地、泣不成聲。
羅伯的工友、附近的街坊和一些熱心市民有秩序地獻(xiàn)上鮮花并深深鞠躬，表達(dá)哀思和尊敬。
11月22日，香港工聯(lián)會為羅伯的家屬舉行了記者會。工聯(lián)會理事長黃國表示，羅伯雖然是一名普通基層勞工，但70歲還自食其力，賺取微薄收入照顧家人，是一位值得尊重的人。
羅伯的長子羅先生沒有遮擋臉部，公開發(fā)聲。
“我的爸爸在馬路上，在他工作的地方，為了清理地上的磚頭，而被暴徒用磚塊擊中?！?/p>
“我的爸爸盡了他應(yīng)盡的義務(wù)。他不是在管閑事，因為國家的事，香港的事，沒有閑事?！?/p>
會后，CGTN記者朱丹對羅先生進(jìn)行了專訪。

He said his father， a 70-year-old who worked as a cleaner， was completely innocent。
在采訪中，他幾度哽咽。
“他只是一個七十歲手無寸鐵的老人。誰能這么狠心下得了手？”
談到無辜離世的父親，他似有千言萬語，又哽在喉中。
“我曾以為傷心流淚是一個人最難過的心情，但是當(dāng)我們離開親人的時候，有時候眼淚只能含在心里面?！?/p>
“前一天他還跟我聯(lián)系，問我吃飯了沒有，但我當(dāng)時很忙，沒有說幾句就掛掉了……我還跟他講，明天我再跟你說?！?/p>
卻沒想到，再無明天。
“It was in the afternoon。 I was happy to see my dad‘s voice message。 When I opened it， it was his colleague’s voice instead，” Luo said。 “He said your dad had an accident， and said his head was shattered。”
Luo rushed to the hospital but he never got a chance to talk to his father again。
“Seeing his body （in the hospital）， with tubes， lying in the bed， I started to realize I won‘t have a chance to be a good son to him，” he said。
他提到羅伯年輕時候?qū)戇^的一句話，說“人要在絕望當(dāng)中去看到希望”。
但當(dāng)他帶著絕望中的希望走進(jìn)病房，卻看到父親全身插滿了管子躺在床上。
“這時候我才意識到，我已經(jīng)沒有機(jī)會再盡孝?！?/p>
他輕輕地摸著爸爸的臉，握著爸爸的手，問著：“你睡了多久了，什么時候才會醒過來？”
“爸爸，你答應(yīng)過要陪我一起看電影，這是你承諾的事，因為你承諾兒子的事你從來沒有（食言過）……從來沒有?！?/p>
To the perpetrator he said that he or she should turn himself or herselfin。 He also asked that any witnesses to the incident speak to thepolice。
最后，記者問他：“如果你的爸爸還在，你想和他說些什么呢？”
他的眼淚再也忍不住。
香港警方曾于15日下午將該案列為謀殺案處理，并還原案件情況：
13日，一批黑衣暴徒在位于上水的北區(qū)大會堂附近設(shè)置路障，以磚頭阻塞道路。
中午時分，部分黑衣蒙面暴徒與在現(xiàn)場清理磚頭的市民發(fā)生爭執(zhí)和肢體沖突，向市民投擲鐵棍、磚頭等硬物。
經(jīng)仔細(xì)查看事發(fā)相關(guān)視頻片段，香港警方確定死者羅伯是被人蓄意投擲硬物致死。
目前，警方仍在全力追查，務(wù)求將暴徒繩之以法。
